Matt Wyatt

Biography
Matt Wyatt

Matt Wyatt is the co-creator of Invisible Engine Films, a joint venture of three slightly deranged minstrels devoted to using expensive video production equipment to provide the public with a constant supply of offensive short films. Under the auspices of Invisible Engine, Matt produced and shot THE PROTOTYPE, a feature film that premiered at USC's Norris Theatre in November of 2005. Matt is also the co-creator of TNA: Talk News America, an internet-radio parody of NPR, where he voiced, among other characters, the loud-mouthed announcer. Matt's written work has appeared in McSweeney's, Fresh Yarn, and will soon be published in "Mountain Man Dance Moves: The McSweeney's Book of Lists". His short play, WAITING, was a finalist for the Actors Theatre of Louisville's 2005 Heideman Award. Matt graduated with a BA in Film Production from the School of Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California, taking a break his last semester to study French at the Sorbonne in Paris. As a cinema instructor for FLS International, he has taught filmmaking to students from Europe, South America, and Japan. Matt is always down for anything involving Muppets, animals personified, and a nice dose of bathroom humor.
